— Sarah Rhea, Executive Director of LMC, Class of 2007

Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center has been a strong supporter of Leadership Montgomery County for almost 25 years. One of my first community experiences in my senior leadership role with Memorial Hermann was to be part of the LMC Class of 2011. We continue to send a class member almost every year, and continue to stay active in the Healthcare and Leadership Development Class Sessions along with Board of Director participation. I would highly encourage any organization that wants to engage their leadership in the community to seriously consider becoming active with Leadership Montgomery County.
— Josh Urban, Senior Vice President & CEO of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center, Class of 2011

Leadership Montgomery County provided me an excellent overview of our county and the many facets that contributes to our growing, diverse and vibrant area. It also afforded me the opportunity to create relationships with other professionals that contribute to the success of Montgomery County.  I would recommend LMC to anyone that wants to be part of the greater discussion of what we need to do to grow and improve Montgomery County
— Gil Staley, Chief Executive Officer of The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership, Class of 2006

Leadership Montgomery County is an invaluable asset in growing and maintaining the strong leadership of our county. As a participant in the program, I learned so much about our great community and built long-lasting business relationships and friendships. Conroe ISD, the largest employer in the county, recognizes how important it is to stay connected and continue to invest in the leadership development within our team. Leadership Montgomery County provides a structured pathway for that continued investment. I am proud to be a graduate of the Class of 2015!
— Dr. Curtis Null, Superintendent of Conroe ISD, Class of 2015

The absolute best thing that I have ever done to assist in my career development and success was to apply for and participate in Leadership Montgomery County. The knowledge gained and the relationships built have opened doors for me that I would have never thought imaginable. I am so very grateful for the experience and am excited to continue to support this organization for the past thirteen years (and continue until I am no longer working).
— Danielle Scheiner, Executive Director, Conroe Economic Development Council, Class of 2006
